PeSEF de 28.09.18
OBJETO: Publicação da pauta de julgamento em segunda instância dos recursos em processos de valor adicionado fiscal e índice de participação dos municípios.
1. O Diretor de Administração Tributária, no uso de sua competência e considerando o disposto no art. 61-A da Portaria SEF nº 233 de 2012, que dispõe sobre a apuração do valor adicionado fiscal e a definição do índice de participação dos municípios (IPM) no produto da arrecadação do ICMS, publica, conforme Anexo Único, a pauta de julgamento dos pedidos de revisão nos processos do Valor Adicionado Fiscal (VAF) dos municípios, relativamente ao ano 2017 e do IPM aplicável sobre a arrecadação do ICMS no exercício de 2019.
2. A sessão será realizada na sala de sessões do Tribunal Administrativo Tributário (TAT), sito na Av. Mauro Ramos, nº 1.207, 1º andar, no centro da cidade de Florianópolis, nas datas e horários definidos no Anexo Único, exceto na hipótese do item 3.
3. O Presidente do TAT poderá reordenar, adiar, antecipar ou reagendar a apreciação e julgamento dos processos para outro horário ou data.
