ATO DIAT N° 21, de
31.05.04 (Trans.Crédito)

Autoriza as transferências de créditos de ICMS acumulados e retifica ou cancela autorizações de transferências de crédito, publicadas em Atos anteriores.
O DIRETOR DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO TRIBUTÁRIA, em exercício, no uso de sua
competência e considerando o disposto no Regulamento do ICMS aprovado pelo
Decreto nº 2.870, de 27 de agosto de 2001, art. 50, § 6º,
RESOLVE:
Art. 1º Autorizar as transferências de créditos de ICMS acumulados, conforme
relação constante no Anexo Único deste Ato, no valor total de R$
9.805.482,06.
§ 1 º Os valores dos créditos relacionados no Anexo Único somente poderão
ser lançados à vista da primeira via da nota fiscal que contenha os números do
processo e deste Ato e as assinaturas do FTE que analisou o respectivo processo
de transferência de crédito e do Gerente Regional da Fazenda que homologou a
análise.
§ 2º A autorização de transferência dos créditos de ICMS não implica o
reconhecimento da legitimidade do saldo credor acumulado nem a homologação dos
lançamentos efetuados pelo contribuinte.
Art. 2º Em relação ao Ato DIAT n º 07/2004:
a) a nota fiscal nº 34 de M.A. Group Ltda tem como destinatária a empresa
GERDAU S/A, cujo CCICMS correto é 250.481.910.
Art. 3º Em relação ao Ato DIAT n º 14/2004:
a) corrigir para 254.148.182, o número do CCICMS do destinatário do
crédito - Celulose Irani S/A – relativo à nota fiscal nº 19932, emitida por
Móveis Esquadrias Ltda.
Art. 4º O presente Ato deverá ser divulgado pela Internet, no site da Secretaria
de Estado da Fazenda – http://www.sef.sc.gov.br.
Art. 5º Este Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
